A few words about our project:
Students from " I.E.S "DAVID VASQUEZ MARTINEZ " in Laviana,Spain and from " 12th SECONDARY SCHOOL OF ACHARNAE"in Athens Greece use both the books and Films of Harry Potter to work on some important values and topics like Friendship, family support and love , education ... In particular we focus on the first movie, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone,and we try to make our students feel proud of being part of their school as the students of Howgwarts. Working in collaboration with our partners,we use our "power and imagination" to turn our school into a bit more magical place, and our lessons a bit more interesting and creative. English is the vehicle of communication and we try to develop not only our students' foreign language skills but also their digital competence,learning to learn competence as well as their cultural awareness and expression. We also make a try to share our own language and learn a bit from our partner's .
Talking about magic, everything is possible so..... we will see how far we can get!!
